At Il Tulipano Restaurant, located in our hotel, we like to surprise you and delight your taste buds with the mouth-watering dishes of Bolognese tradition. We do this by offering a menu that is always varied, featuring seasonal ingredients. Carlo Calvano, our Executive Chef, together with his kitchen brigade, creates innovative meat and seafood menus. The restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner, except on Sunday evenings.
